LEAD FACILITATOR

Alfred Oladapo (Harvard SLI ’08) is the leader of Harvard trained experts in Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) consortia. He is Dean of Research and Curriculum Development at iLeadafrica Leadership Academy® and Senior Research Fellow at SineQuanon Consultant®.

He teaches Leadership competencies, Mentoring concepts, Coaching practices, Strategy alignment, Entrepreneurial evolution, and principles of self-innovation on “iLEAD”, his program on Radio, Television, Blog, and Cyberspace.

He’s a Cerebral Leadership and Creative Intelligence Expert, a member of the International Leadership Association, and recipient of The Noble African Merit Gold Award for Excellent Leadership.
