In any congregation where people with great qualities, abilities, characteristics, and abundance of biblical attributes are found in abundance, that Church and its leaders have made Discipleship, Mentoring, Coaching, and "Leadership Development" a strong priority. They have invested time, created wonderful opportunities, and great financial resources to make it a reality.
The ministry of Jesus was characterized by multitudes everywhere he went and ministered. But Jesus did not come to simply extract a statement of commitment to his vision and mission out of the people. He did not major in making "followers" out of the congregations.
They were mightily blessed with His anointing and benefitted greatly from His good works. He did not just feed them with the Words and exposed them to Kingdom principles, He also fed them with physical food from time to time. But His ultimate goal was to transform them into responsible and impactful leaders; for it is only then that their light can so shine before men and the ministry can continue long after His time on earth is over.
This program unfolds "Core Leadership Competencies" required to take the ministry to the next level. It also reveals the principles that entrench leadership alignment and sustainability in the rank and file of leadership at the highest echelon.
