School of “Leadership Competencies for Excellence”
The School focuses on Developing Emerging Leaders and Empowering Executive Leaders. Just like the other two Schools in this Academy, it has two tracks that offer a variety for participants to choose the one that actually meets their needs. Program One offers competencies that can generate proficiency for Emerging Leaders in conformity to global best practices. Program Two, however, concentrates on equipping and empowering leaders in executive positions, assignments and responsibilities with cutting-edge skills for creating excellence and obtaining desired results.
